The Agentic Development Lifecycle.

Code is no longer the bottleneck. Plan, review, test, and deploy still run at human speed unless you change them. Each stage commits an artifact the next stage can read.

Six Stages. One Audit Trail.

The AI-Native SDLC.

Written for Product Builders who want the principles, not the sales deck. Humans approve the gates. Agents execute the inner loop.

01 Day 1

Plan

Capture As Intent

We write what is wanted, why, and under which constraints into a short, version-controlled intent.md. A human owner approves it before generation starts. Vague briefs produce confident, wrong software.

Design

Spec In One Working Session

An accepted intent becomes a requirements and design spec in one pass, guided by brand, security, and UX skills. The owner reviews the spec against the idea; a human always starts build.

Build

Plan Mode, Then Agents Execute

Approved specs enter plan mode. Tests and code are generated; conventions live in CLAUDE.md and skills so every session starts with the same institutional knowledge.

Evals Woven Through Implementation

QA is not a gate at the end. Continuous evals run with the work and in CI whenever agent config changes—skills, hooks, or CLAUDE.md—so the agent still meets the bar.

Hooks As Approval Gates

Layered agentic review on the PR; humans review regulated and critical diffs. Governance runs as the agent acts, then cutover into your cloud with sovereign IP transfer.

Close The Loop

Agents watch live deployments. A breached control band or incident is diagnosed and written back as a new intent.md, so production teaches the next cycle instead of sitting in a ticket graveyard.

Legacy SDLC vs. AI-native SDLC

Sprint-ceremony consultancies average 24 weeks for a v1 MVP because plan, review, and deploy still run at human speed. We change those stages too—hardened production in under 5 weeks, humans on the gates, not every keystroke.
